We have all the needed machines support us, such as Chinese first-class gear cutting machines, high precision gear hobbing machines and gear shaving machines(including one set of Gleason shaving machine made by the United States), CNC hardening furnace made by Austria Aichelin , CNC control gear testing center made by Germany, Chinese first-class gear meshing machine, etc. We do domestic sales in our first years and start foreign trade since 1997. The products mainly have been exported to Indian and European market. Both the quality and the after service of the products we provide have been approved by their markets and can meet their demands. So we are the biggest gears supplier for KPT Co., India. Our armature shaft is used in Bosch 355 cutting machine for almost 70% of Chinese market. We can say that we have some OEM experiences which can be helpful to our trade communication. The maximum product capability is about 1,400,000 sets per year at present and our annual sales quantity is 1,000,000 sets, including the gears and shafts. The annual turnover is about US$ 1,700,000.

We are a professional gear manufacturer especially in gears used for power tools. At present, our primary product is the gear transmission which suitable in power tools such as “Hitachi”、“Bosch”brand etc. Our supply scope specially in manufacturing various gears and pinions(including spur, helical and bevel gears),spindles(including armature shaft and output shaft)clutches, cylinders, ratchets, collars and plastic parts(fan blades and handles). Recently, our Development Department has worked out and expand our supply scope to planetary gear train. We do the planetary gear assembly for Garden tools such as Lawn mower, etc.
